For the conservation of our gazpacho, we put the bottles at a pressure of 5000 bar, the equivalent of going down to fifty km deep under the sea, with such amount of pressure, the pathogens die, but the organoleptic properties, taste and the smell remain intact, giving the product the character of fresh and recently made.
We also use top quality raw material, coming from fresh products, extra virgin biodynamic oil and in no case chemical agents.
